Both via mediation, the first was a deep experience of self and oneness; and the other was a message from spirit to follow the path to be a healer.  These spiritual events and subsequent years of following my path have brought me to teaching this method.

I am 43 and live with my wife and cats in Lincoln, England. We enjoy traveling or just relaxing in our home and garden. As well as most things spiritual and holistic, I’m also a fan of basketball and 90’s indie music.
