Once you are spending less time anxiously overthinking it is hoped you will feel more refreshed, settled and alive. 
Once you get into using this method whenever you need it, it is hoped that the things that kept you awake before will start to dissolve one by one.  
With mindfulness, expressive journaling and guided meditations the mind, body and soul are all worked on to hopefully achieve an integrated healing approach.
