Somatic Healing


The word Somatic relates to the body.  In holistic therapy Somatic Healing is any type of modality that is body focused in releasing trauma.  It taps into an individuals capacity to heal by listening to their body.  Body movement, guided meditations, breathwork and hypnotherapy are all examples of ways to release trauma in the body somatically.  Over the years I have found one particular guided mediation to always hit the mark when it comes to childhood traumas.


The combination of mindfulness, journaling and guided mediation means there is an integrated healing approach for mind, body and soul.  Each time you use the 3 Phase Method you will hopefully start to remove each wound one by one and start getting back to your natural inner peace state even if you don’t remember what that feels like.  Everyone’s natural state, inner core being is pure peace.  Xx
